Decide to Thrive kicking off january 10

Decide to Thrive is a 6-week, church-wide spiritual growth journey designed to help us move beyond “getting by” and step into the full, flourishing life God desires for us. Over the course of this campaign, we’ll explore practical, faith-shaping decisions that deepen our relationship with God, strengthen our connections with others, and align our lives with God’s purpose. 

Through teachings in the weekend sermons, community small groups, and personal reflection, we’ll learn how choosing growth—day by day—opens the door to peace, joy, and spiritual renewal. Together, we’ll discover what it truly means to decide to thrive.

  • Commit to attending church for all 6-weeks of the series.
  • Lead or join a Decide to Thrive small group and stay consistent.
  • Set aside special time each day for prayer and reflection.

We believe God is raising up MANY new small group leaders in this season, and we’d love to help you take that next step. To lead a Decide to Thrive group, all you have to do is: 

  • Pick a place, day and time.
  • Watch our 10-minute leader training (this will answer most of your questions about leading!) 
  • Register your group.

The semester will last six weeks.

Every session is fully prepared for you. Just play the short teaching video on the Decide to Thrive page, then use the guided discussion questions to lead your group. No extra prep required.

No. No other small groups will meet during this time. We will have a condensed Spring semester of our normal Free Market Small Groups beginning March 7-8, after Decide to Thrive.

No. All you need are the free devotional guides. Simply attend the weekend service and follow along with our weekly videos. You are welcome to purchase the book if you'd like to go deeper into the content, using the link above.

Yes. You still have the option to lead within specific hubs (men’s, women’s, family, etc.).

We recommend no more than 10-12 people per group.
