At NorthRock, we call our volunteers "Rockstars."

These are the amazing people who make ministry happen, every weekend and beyond. From welcoming guests and creating incredible environments, to leading kids in KidzRock, running production, leading worship, and serving behind the scenes, our Rockstar Team members use their gifts and talents to help people experience Jesus in a real and personal way.

No matter your background or experience, there’s a place for you. You don’t have to have it all figured out, just a willingness to show up, grow, and serve alongside others who are passionate about making a difference.
