21 DAYS OF PRAYER AND FASTINg

Join us as we BEGIN A new year with 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting

Hey NorthRock! We’re so excited to collectively seek God and discover all He has for us this year. From January 6 – January 26, we will be reading through selected scriptures and stepping deeper into our prayer life.

From Monday, January 6 through Friday, January 10, you can join us for morning prayer at the Stone Oak campus from 7am-8am. Enjoy individual prayer time with God, followed by a short time of worship and a devotional word. Stay as long as you can or drop by—it’s the perfect way to begin the year focused on Him! And whether you can make it to the Stone Oak campus or not, we’d love for you to pray with us every morning from wherever you are for all 21 days.

Each week, we will also fast from different things as we seek to strengthen our relationship with God.

Let’s enter into this season with great faith, expecting God to move, impacting our lives, shaping our church, and transforming our city!

21-Day Scripture
Reading Plan

Join us as we read through John and some of the Psalms. This is a great opportunity to share the Word with your children. Commit to spending at least 10 minutes reading or discussing some of the verses. Try using a simpler translation, such as the New Living Translation or a children's Bible, when reading with those elementary age and younger. For teens, challenge them to read the verses daily with you.

Read each scripture daily and S.O.A.P.

Scripture: Read a passage, then write down a verse that stands out to you. This focuses your attention on God’s Word.

Observation: Reflect on what’s happening in the verse. Note key details or themes that catch your eye.

Application: Think about how this verse applies to your life. What is God asking you to learn or change?

Prayer: Pray over what you’ve learned, asking God to help you apply it and grow through His Word.
